"the negative thing , they need to change the cover of the toilet and the low hand shower they are broken. The contact telephone number of the host is out of service and the keys location is not correct on booking.com so we had delay to receive the keys and also to return the keys to the lock hanged on the street was filled with another keys and it was difficult to add our keys in the same locker untill we managed to do it."

"Fabulous old Paris building right in heart of Paris. Great for a small group or family. Beautiful big old windows and high ceilings. Felt privileged to be staying at such a prestigious address."

"Some things could do with a bit of fixing like toilet seat and bedroom window. Be prepared for city noise. Only to be expected given super central location. Ear plugs did the job."

"The apartment was spacious and airy. The beds were comfortable, and the sofa bed was a good size, no complaints from my two grown-up daughters! The location was spot on with easy access to the metro. Instructions on how to pick up the keys were clear and precise, and the walk was nice for us. However, I can see how it's a trek if the weather wasn't nice or if you have younger children. Staff (on the phone and email) were friendly and helpful. I have reccomend the apartment to friends who are going to Paris soon and I would definitely stay again."

"There were only 1 and a half toilet rolls for a two night stay for 6 people. The hairdryer was tempremental, but luckily, we had our own. The bathroom needed a bath mat, we had to use a towel, which left us one down."

"The location was perfect …. A bit of a bind having to go to a different location to pick the keys up but wouldn’t say that it was a deal breaker . Lovely original windows, lovely shower and the size of the apartment was good ."

"The only thing i would say is that the toilet seat was broken , so too was the toilet flusher, the toilet roll holder was broke and there were a number of stains on the furniture but it most certainly didn’t spoil our trip to Paris"

"The apartment couldn’t have been closer to the arc de triomphe and the Champs Elysees! Self check in was an easy process. The apartment was spotless!"

"The apartment is light and bright with classic French windows and great space. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. the extra sofa bed was great for my daughter to sleep separately. Located right by Arc de Triomph, cafes closeby and elevator (small) to get luggage up to the 3rd floor."

"Dishwasher was broken (for a long time) and no air con but we didnt need it. Cheaply furnished (all ikea) and many chairs stained. The worst were dealing with the staff. they sent us to the wrong key pick up location - which eventually was right at the apartment and would have been excellent to access! The damage deposit of 600 euros was a massive issue with the link not working and preventing us to access flat and then not returned for over a week (a long time when travelling)."

"Conveniently located in a very nice area of Paris, less than 30 mins walking distance to all attractions. The apartment has an elevator to each floor and the unit is very spacious. Highly recommend."
